Femur fracture can't able to bend knee
Got stuck in an accident on 11th Feb 2019 because of it I got femur fracture and stiffness in my knee and unable to bend knee ... I need a suitable guidance by which I can able to walk on my leg properly and I don't know about how much do I need exercise in a day

Movement of the knee depends on what type of fracture you have had and also what has been done for the fracture. You should get the guidance from the Surgeon who has treated you. Either way, it is too early since your fracture to have full movements back.
