Femur Fracture
I had left femur fracture on 13 sep 2018.Had surgery and rod was inserted with screw. It's been 6 weeks now post-opt.I had X-ray but doctor is saying it will take time to heal.I am worried whether I will be able to walk again or not.Please help!!
Should I take second opinion?

...your post operation x rays appear to be quite satisfactory.
...there is no evidence of callus formation.
It usually takes 3 months for bones to unite.
...you should not syay in bed.
...you should be ambulant with the help of a pair of crutches.

Share complete x-ray.
