Dear sir/Madam,
My 1.5 year old son is having fever since yesterday. We are giving P-120 3 ml from yesterday for every 6 hours.But the temperature is normal for some hours and raising again. He don't have other symptoms He is urinating 5 to 6 times and taking food as usual.please advise.

Continue paracetamol every 6 hourly and if fever persist more than that then consult

U can wait for 48 hrs giving paracetamol (120) 5 ml every 6 hrs and give plenty of liquids...if fever persists or any other symptoms get added ..u can review

The response of fever to paracetamol will be there only for 4 to 5 hrs..depending on the weight u may have to adjust the dose..if fever persists for more than 2 days you may have to consult
