My son having fever. His milk teeth is fall on sunday. So is this the reason he is getting fever. Same time his new tooth is also coming.

Teething bring fever is not factual.with teething body temperature get raised slightly .But no high fever .If kid is suffering from high fever chances are kid is sick.so consult a doctor
