Can I repeat dolo 650 before 6hrs for my child 11yrs old weight 69.5kg Since after taking dolo 650 fever return back after 4hrs

I think u must consult a registered practioner because child is very sensitive so don't take risk may fever occur due to others reasons and may be he need medical supervision.so don't try to treat him in a home .

Dolo is 15mg/kgbody wt/ 24 hrs so fix the dose accordingly and give it when fever go above 102. Else give Diclogesic 1 BD

Yes you can ,but not regularly every 4 hrs (once its ok).Also do tepid water sponging . If fever persists for more than 3 days do an haemogram Dengue antibodies Rapud malarial.

Yes after 6 hrs but treatment for fever is important. Need to rule out fever and treat than Ju giving dolo. Chat onlkne for prescription
