My 6 weeks month son got his first dpt vaccination on 29th , he has been having fever ever since - it's been 4 days now , doctor has done basic blood test and says nothing alarming , however says if fever is not down will have to admit and do more tests

Fever more than 72hour post vaccination could be not associated with vaccination. Other causes of fever should be evaluated like CBC CRP ESR LFT RFT x-ray chest, Urine for routine and microscopy,urine culture,blood culture, etc. Keep in touch with your pediatrician. Baby less than 3months age any fever need to be treated aggressively.
