Fever amd cough

I had fever for continue 4/5days which cough but not last 4 days all is recovered.I had taken antibiotic and still taking vitamins. How can I be sure that there is no covid symptoms.

Now u don't have fever after taking medicine? If no then it could be viral u dont have to worry.

if still u have symptoms related to covid get ur covid test done.
