Fever & cough
My father 54 years have fever from ten days and dry cough. The fever goes down with paracetamol. We also did covid test which was negative. What could be the cause?? He only have these two symptoms.

Do Haemogram n chest xray If previous history of seasonal cough add Nebulizer

Hello..fever has many causes . The symptoms which you suggest firstly I would recommend you to get a basic chest xray and complete blood count . Proper history and investigations will get us a diagnosis Thanks

Greetings, As per mentioned symptoms, basic work up for fever is necessary to rule out any chest or respiratory tract infection,  typhoid fever etc.
