Fever & Cough
Suffering from fever (99.6 F) and cough since last 3-4 days. Not sure what to do. I have taken Nicip and paracetamol tablets for fever and cheston and Zeet syrup for cough since last 2-3 days but still fever and cough has persisted. Pls suggest what to do to rectify the situation?

32 year male, temparature of 99.6 in between 6 am to 12 pm can be considered as fever, cough for 3 to 4 days,didn't cough mentioned with sputum or not, could be upper respiratory tract infection or lower respiratory tract infection, so I suggest home remedies like salt water gargling twice daily, steam inhalation, warm water intake

better to get RT PCR COVID 19 NASAL AND NASOPHARYNGEAL SWAB, but dont worry if positive, start tablets tab doxycycline 100 mg twice daily 5 days tab azithral 500 mg once daily 5 days syp grillinctus dx 5 ml thrice daily if dry cough or syp grillinctus bm 5 ml thrice daily 5 days if wet cough, tab montair lc at bedtime, update the report rt pcr
