Hello Dr. I am suffering  from very low fever with nausea. I have no headache, body ache. Any medicine for this to cure it.

Take Tab PCM 500 mg 2 times a day after meal and Tab Aciloc RD 2 times a day befor meal For 2 day and if within 2 day u can't relief then Consult a doctor offline or online on practo or chat hear in practo.
