Recently ihave taken blood test in that my rbc shows normocytic normochromic and my wbc Shows nuetrophilia with luecocytosis and platelet are adequate please help me what is my problem

TABLET FOLVITE FORTE TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR ONE MONTH.
CELL COUNTS BECOMES NORMAL AFTER FEW DAYS.
HEALTHY DIET.
FRUITS N JUICE.
POMGRANATE, CITRUS FRUITS.
CARROT, SPINACH,TOMATO, BEAT ROUTE AS SUCH OR MADE JUICE.
