  4. Fever and chest cold. Please advise!

Fever and chest cold
My son is 18 months old. He is having chest cold and cough and running a temp of 101.5. I gave him maxtra syrup 5 ml 3 times. Should I take him to doctor.please advise

If the child is playful in afebrile period, feeding nicely n no breathing difficulty.. can wait for till 3 days from onset
