Since you have shivering during your fever it is preferable if you go to the nearest ER and get evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, URE, peripheral smear, Dengue IgM and Lepto IgM. Also map your temperature by recording your temperature in a book to see the character of the temperature. Self medication is not advisable and you should refrain from doing so as you took the wrong medication for your illness as combiflam is more specific for pain than temperature. Kindly go to the nearest ER and rule out any underlying problems for fever.
