  4. Fever and cold. Citzine syrup of 5ml.

My son is 2.5 years old. He is 11 kg weight. He is suffering from fever, cold and running nose from the yesterday night. He couldn't breath during night time sleep due to cold. Please suggest medicine with dosage. Now am giving p250 dosage of 5ml and citzine syrup of 5ml.

Continue cetrizine for cold...give 3.5ml pcm for fever...though there is no improvement then consult..
