Fever and cough. ? now fever is 101. 4f!

My daugter age 1 yr, she has been having fever from 10 th of jan. Doctr prescribed sinarest and Plain paracetamol125mg. And they advised to wait 3 day. On 13th of jan i visited to doct. She was having 101.4F Fever. They given bactoclav 4ml BD dose. And Mefkind Fort 4ml TID. Syp.Astakind LS 60ml in this syrup they told to mix Tab.Montrol Kid 4 pieces. 3.5ml TID. But fever not controlled 103.5F at night 9.00pm. They given anal suppositor then fever comes down today again i visited another pediatrn. they Investigate CBC and BS. They given Ziprox 100mg 2.5ml BD. Colpol120mg. Today i given fever not under control.along with this  Can i give her Astakind LS which is mixed with tab.Montrol 4tablet.? Now fever is 101.4F
