Fever and headache

Asked for Female, 48 Years

Hello doctor, I m suraj. My mother is il from past 2 days. She got fever it's 101-103°c. Evn she is shivering alot evn after putting blanket on her. I gave tablets of paraseptamol and roxid150. But fever is not going and even her head is feeling heavy. Please help me out
