Fever and headache
I have severe headache and fever since last night and need help felt like vomiting but not happened yet .Please advise ASAP .

Rx 1. Tab Pentoprazole DSR 40/10 mg 1 ODx 5 days before meal 2. Tab Paracetamol 500mg BDx 5 days Rest can advise once you speak the other history of illness
