  4. Fever and infection. Comes in control.

Sir/mam Day before yesterday night I had fever at 99.5 and yesterday also and also today on some level even after taking dolo650 for thrice a day. Now I have done CBC test which is attached herewith . Please guide me what precautions I need to take so that my fever comes in control.

Rest To record temp. 6 Hourly Tab P-650 1 tab SOS. If temp doesn't subside within 5 days, tab Azithral 500 mg OD x 5 days
