  4. Fever and musucle pain. Is it ok or not?

Fever and musucle pain
My child have fever from last 3days now his fever is gone with help of meftal p but today morning he told that he has pain in is calf in leg .. so now what to do I went to dr for this and he give me ibugesic syrup and voveran cream. Is it ok or not

Mostly muscle pain  is due to viral fever, it will be alright in 2-3 days. Better to avoid ibugesic syrup until otherwise severe calf pain is there
