  4. Fever and pain. Pls suggest treatment.

Fever and pain
I m 29 male... I have fever from past 3 days with pain in lower backa and groin area... Ultrasound report says kidney stones of 3-5 mm in both the kidneys... And mild liver enlarged and moderately enlarged speen... Why this happens pls suggest treatment...

Fever is not because of these . There might be some other reasons. Meet a physician get your blood test done.
