Sir I am suffering today fever and rainy nose fever 98 to 100.6 . I take paracetamol temperature down after 4 hours temperature increase please help me

Take tab cheston cold one in the morning and one in the afternoon and one in the night.    Tab calpol one in the morning and one in the afternoon and one in the night.                               Take tab azicip250 one in the night before food-5days.                 Tab pan-d40mg one in the morning and one in the night before food. Take all medicines     for 5days.
