  4. Fever and vomiting. Has running nose.

Fever and vomiting
My child is 5 years old girl and for last 2 days had fever about 38.3 C, she has been vomiting 30 mins to 1 hour after eating or drinking anything and she also has running nose.

Needs examination by your paediatrician,till then give syp ondem for vomiting,and paracetamol for fever,repeat every 4 hours if required.
