Fever and weakness
Earlier I had dysentery and stomach ache. Had taken antibiotics for at least 12-13 days. Now suffering from fever and weakness. Is it a side effect of medicine or is it something serious??
Please help me out. I'm in anxiety for 20 days.

TAB DOLO650 TWO TIMES A DAY OR EIGHT HOURLY AFTER FOOD.
TAB AZITHROMYCIN 500 ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
CAP VIZYLAC ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN DAYS.
REST PROPERLY.OK.
