Fever at night with body pain
I do not experience such symtoms as vomiting or loose motion... Just slight cough, fever only at night and pain in the abdomen over the past 2 weeks.

Please take Tab Ranitidine 150 mg and Tab Paracetamol 500 mg twice a day for three days. Please consult a physician if you don’t improve.
