Hi there understand your concern... There are many conditions which present with fever... Fever may be due to respiratory tract infection... Take over the counter paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and do tepid sponging...Home-care measures to relieve cough include reducing irritating stimuli (eg, cold, dry air; indoor or outdoor air pollutants) that may provoke coughing. An upright or semiupright posture, such as sleeping with the head and shoulders raised, may decrease cough related to pharyngeal secretions...do warm saline gargling twice a day with OTC medication....Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
