Paracetamol 500 mg every 8 hours Light nourishment and lots of water and ors Total rest Avoid pollution both indoors and outdoors No antibiotics till basic blood test show infections Viral fevers are self limiting, take a week

its seasonal Take tab. Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day for 3.days. If you don't get relief then antibiotic would have to be started.
