You are taking your medicine in wrong dose and time
Paracetamol500mg should be taken thrice daily,azithrhomycin 500mg twice daily for three days and tab ctrizine 10 mg twice daily for 5 -7 days
Take plenty of hot fluid like soup ,lentils and loose liquidy rice or sago
