  4. Fever, cold, cough. A pregnant lady?

Fever, cold, cough
I have fever since yesterday and cold cough since two days. I am 15 weeks pregnant. My gynae asked me to take a paracetamol (dolo 650) for three times a day. If still not well I should consult physician for viral may be. Will physician be able to guide a pregnant lady?
