My son 3 years baby Sir..my son weight 12 kg Sir.yesterday fever cold Sir...i am take paracetamol 250 mg syrup / 3 ml Sir...cetrazine syurp for cold Sir...but not control fever Sir...so plzz kindly some medicine for my child Sir...thank u...

Give 3.5ml paracetamol and continue cetirizine syp for cold... You should wait for 2 days if baby is active...as viral infection last for 3to4 days...

Hi, Continue paracetamol and Cetrizine. Fever will take 2-3 days to settle. Give regular diet and plenty of liquids/ water
