Fever comes and goes with shivering morn
It started with a mild fever 3 days back.on the second day with the help of crocin it gave relief for some hrs.its on an off.maybe because of the medication.yesterday decided to take dolo 650 which made me sweat like anything for 2 3 hrs.didnt realise when did i fall asleep.today morning i was feeling very cold.shivering infact.for sometime.temperature was 102.shiver is gone by now.fever still there but has come down to 100.no cold.no headache until i shake my head.pls suggest me with a solution

it dere any burning micturition present? do u use mosquito preventing measure at ur place?fever with chills with headache goes in favor of malaria. bt if urinary symptoms r dere it cud be UTI..so to start specific treatment need to cnfrm frst since antimalarial drug has its side effects.
Next Steps
get a hemogram done. urine routine examination done malaria test follow up with report till then carry on with dolo 650 8 hrly to alleviate fever n headache.
