Fever cough and weakness
My mother is having fever from few days and she is feeling weak and she is having cough issue also from past one week.

As elderly she needs a prompt medical examination as the cough and fever could be lower respiratory tract infection . It's better be evaluated and if required chest x-ray may be asked for . Till than she can have tablet claribid (Clarithromycin ) 500 mg twice daily , Monitor her for fever .Tablet Dilo (paracetamol)650 mg as and when required for fever . Steam inhalation thrice daily .  Luke warm saline water gargle 4 times and after meal . Cough syrup - Grillinctus 2 tsf thrice daily .PPI - Tablet Pantocid DSR once daily before breakfast .

Hello, Consult genral physician MD as she is aged n cough is since one week so examintion n proper history is important N probably she REQUIRED test.tab dolo650 three times a day after food. Tabzifi200 Two times a day after food for three to five days.syr ambrodil plus ten ml three times a day for seven days. black coffee two teaspoons of HONEYN,two pinches of cinnamon to be taken in morning and night for few days.its effective for cough.plenty of luckwarm nimbupani, mosambi juice is beneficial.ok.
