  3. Fever during Pregnancy. Me please.

Fever during Pregnancy
I am 6 week pregnant and I have fever, body pain and headache problem. A Doctor suggests me to take T Febrex Plus for this. Is it ok to use this medicine in pregnancy. I don't have any other medical issue (past and present) and all is normal as of now. Suggest me please. Thanks
