Fever for 11 moth baby
Hi
Our baby is having fever since past two days.we took to doctor and she asked to continue Cronin drops every 6 hrs.and recommended gram stain test of urine.
As per the report below is the results.
And she said based on this test we may go for Urine culture test.
Gram stained smear - No pus cells, Occasional gram negative bacilli seen
Is there a need for culture test based on this report.? What medicine can be given to baby apart from Cronin
