  4. Fever for 7 days. Down in simple words?

Fever for 7 days
Having fever 102-3°F for last one week. All other blood reports are normal. Urine C/S was done. But can't follow the report. Attaching herewith. Can you please break it down in simple words? Having yellowish and smelly urine.

U are having urine infection Start tab nitrofurantoin 100 1-0-1 5 days Repeat urinalysis after 5 days
