  4. Fever for kid. Any baby weight is :10kg!

Fever for kid
My kid is 18 months old and having fever since yesterday evening .Current reading on thermo meter is 100F ( no other symptoms observed) Please do suggest medication if any Baby weight is :10kg

You can give paracetamol syrup (125mg /5ml) 6ml 4 times a day if armpit temp >99.5
