This episode of fever may not be related to his bronchial asthma for which you are nébulisant .he needs fever control measures like spomging of whole body with tepid water not leukearm water or cold water , comfortable environment and paracetamol with food / feed. But he does need consultation too even if it is teleconsultation . Second important issue is control of his asthma so that he doesnot need nébulisation . Nébulisation is only an emergency measure. We need to find a cause for his allergy , keep his airway inflammation under control by preventer inhaler so that he doesn’t get emergency nébulisation and his disease is better contrôles and he has better quality of life . Well at present fever tales priority keep other things in mind too .

Do not give Meftal as it exaggerates underlying hyperactive airway disease Adjust dose of Paracetamol as per child weight Instead use lukewarm water for sponging whole body
