  4. Fever from last 9 days. Suggest me!

Fever from last 9 days
Fever from last 9 days in day time looks like normal from last 3 days but after 6 pm my son getting 101 around temperature. please suggest me first 4 days we have used the medicine COLPAL-250MG and then used antibiotic Ofloxacin kindly suggest me
