Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to take a tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice  a day after food for controlling fever. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest. Avoid oily and spicy foods. It could be a viral fever so it will usually subside in 2-3 days. But if it still persists, consult a general physical for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain. Hi.... I went through your query.... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice.... Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration.... Consider lozenges. Lozenges can soothe a sore throat.... Consider oil less diet until your fever subsides.... Take antipyretics to control your fever.... Consult Physician if symptoms persists.....
