Fever,headache,nausea and chest pain
I have 102 fever with severe headache, fatigue,chills, nausea and small muscular lumps in fingers and toes, loud heartbeat,increase in blood pressure (140/100) shooting chest pain, lower back pain to the right. I am under blood pressure medication (telmisartan 40mg) since one year. Medical history : Congenital absence of left kidney. solitary right kidney with PUJ obstruction, with features of compensatory hypertrophy with mild hydronephrosis, moderate pelvicalyceal system dilation of right kidney.

Get renal function test done with urine examination routine and microscopic, blood urea and serum creatinine,and a functional study like IVP or CT  Urography may also be advisable if creatinine is normal. Treatment may or may not be required depending on this further  evaluation
