High fever- 101 Sorethroat. What test of dengue should I go for? I want the one that detects early dengue (within 1-2 days), not the one that requires 3-4 days of fever.

Hey For dengue you need to come up with platelets count and Hematocrit value. Once these parameter are deranged then only will suggest further Investigation
