My baby girl of 13 m9nths weight 8.6 kg is having 102 degree fever since 2 days.
Doctor prescribed meftalp 3.5 ml thrice but fever is still coming in 6 hrs 103

Give paracetamol syp for fever every 6 hourly and meftal p sos...
Give plenty of liquid orally..

if high grade fever persist for 1 more day then you should consult pediatrician and get done blood reports....
