Fever in baby
My daughter 17 months old weighing 9kg is having cold and high fever from yesterday.how much ml of meftal p syrup can be given for her?
Already giving 5ml of p120 syrup..but fever coming within 5 hours.. so want to know about alternating with meftal p and how much meftal p should be given?
Also she vomits the medicine immediately due to crying and coughing..can I give the dose again? Upto how much time if she vomits i should repeat the medicine? Iam frightened of overdosing paracetamol if i repeat it.

Don’t repeat the dose
Use p120 syrup for 3days if above 100
Check temp every 4th hourly
If persisting for more than 3 days have to some blood tests
