  4. Fever in late night. Medicine be given?

Hello Doctor, My child is of 12 days .He is on formula and also taking mother's milk in manual process .From last 3 days we can feel he is having a bit fever in the night time.Could you please let me know what step should be taken or medicine be given ? Thanks.

Thanks for consulting practo.fever in 12 days old is not normal.other thing i recommend to continue exclusive breast feeding and visit neonatologist
