My age is 76, after seeing blood clots in urine urologist started treatment following are diagnosis and given treatment Diagnosis :Hematite with bladder clots History :K/c/of DM and HTN on regular medication. Left nephrectomy 24 years ago Examination : vitals-stable, chest clear Abdomen WNL. Procedure done: TRUST guided biopsy and cystoscopy +clot evacuation done under SA On19aug 2017 Finding: approx 300ml clot evacuated. Prostate is trilobar and highly vascular. PSA 17.3 ng/ml

What is the trus biopsy report ?,  if it shows prostate cancer better get evaluated regarding stage of the disease and further treatment.
