Fever is not coming down
Under arm fever is 96 but mouth fever is always 100.4. Taking paracetamol daily for last 7 days but it's not coming down
I don't have any body ache, cold or any other COVID symptoms. Only fever.

Your detailed history is required. And for further evaluation few investigations also need to b done like CBC ,MP ,Dengue.Till then you can take Symptomatic treatment after consultation with doctor. Take more oral fluids . Start taking tab vitamin C once a day. And let me tell you Covid may b asymptomatic also somtimes , its individual to individual some people do have only fever also .
