Do RTPCR for covid
Isolation at home
Start tab azee 500mg once a day
Tab doxycycline 100mg twice a day
Tab ivermectin 12mg, 2hrs after dinner
Tab zincovit and B complex capsules
Tab vit C 500mg twice
Tab vitD3 60k once a week for 4weeks
If fever more than 5days and not relieved from medications also, then do HRCT chest. It can be viral pneumonia. You need to be put on oral steroids and blood thinners. It is better to consult a PULMONOLOGIST.
