My son who is 9 yr old has 99 to 100 degree temperature since Friday. He has mild cough and runny nose . On Wednesday he had complained of headache and dizziness for 10 minutes but there was no fever on Wednesday and Thursday and he was all fine after that. Diet is normal but he looks tired.
He vomitted only once since yesterday and felt cold at the feet once which became normal later. He is now having a fever of 103. Is it bacterial infection
