Fever like symptoms since last 2 days.

Hi! I woke up with the right side of my throat hurting 2 days ago. I took a Crocin advance and continued with my day, but by evening I started feeling sick. My body felt warm as if I had mild fever but I did not measure the temperature. I took an ibuprofen at night and slept, started sweating in the middle of the night (fever got down I guess?). The next day, I felt okay all morning and afternoon but started feeling cold again in the evening (I'm in Bangalore and it's not cold here) took another ibuprofen and slept and felt okay at night and today morning. But now I'm starting to feel cold again, and my throat still hurts. I'm drinking warm water and ginger tea. The throat doesn't itch, and I don't have cough or cold. It just aches when I swallow.
