Fever, loose motion, vomiting
From yesterday,my daughter suffering for fever about 100-101F with sometime loose motion and body pain. Today she vomit 2 times.

She is have acute gasto enteritis

She needs paracetamol, ORS, SMR probiotic and an antibiotic if stools are foul smelling with mucus. Ondensetron can be given for vomiting

Give ondem syp for vomit..pcm for fever and ors and zinc for loose stool....

You can give paracetamol syp as per dose and ondensetron for vomiting. If fever continues or other symptoms consult pediatrician.

As per your information, your child appear to be suffering from acute gastroenteritis ( gut infection). Consult pediatrician for better management. Meanwhile take care of hydration ( by encouraging frequent sips of water, ORS and Coconut water ) and monitor urine frequency - if urine amount & frequency is lower , you need to consult immediately.
