Fever n cough for 4 days

Asked for Male, 49 Years

I've been running fever n cough for past 3 days. Went for Fever profile and reports as widal salmonella o 1:less than 80, typhi 'H' 1:320, paratyphi 'A' 'H' 1:320, paratyphi 'B'H' 1:less than 80 Pls tell me whether I'm positive for typhoid?
